Plan the day.
Run a small Deming-style cycle: plan the day, do the work, review what changed, and adjust the list.

Capture, then move on.
Keep quick notes, delete what is finished, and send useful next ideas to a roadmap, a document, a person, or the CROMS task pool.
It is not a project management replacement. It is the cockpit for one person trying to make clean decisions across many tenants, tasks, notes, and interruptions.
Connect once, then sync.
Connect CROMS with the WhatsApp Bot. The bot sends a one-time activation link, and Focus can refresh your CROMS work on the interval you choose.
Keep the tool personal.
Pomodoro is optional, and dark or light mode lives in Settings. Hide the timer if you only want the planning surface.
Know what is local.
Work that does not exist in CROMS stays as Local Temp. If it should become official, send it to CROMS instead of leaving it as a private note.

Reorder sections and objects around your working style: today first, risks next, backlog later, or focus and notes first for deep work.
